EVR + PIP and other fixes.

IZIoscam is software for managing Oscam on Windows.
Has the goal to help novice users (and advanced too) to use Oscam
quickly and edit configuration file through GUI (graphical interface).

Fixed satellite provider selection. Updated satellite provider's list.

This version has a few underlying changes. So it is more like a test version.
If you have installed DVB Dream before, we recommend you to do a clean install
to a different path and not an upgrade over the previous version.
That way you can keep your old version working as well to revert back
in case of any problem with this new version.

Small change to show signal also when not able to decode a channel.
Starting udp streaming from the new tools menu option wasn't working correctly,
also the menu checkbox was not always updated correctly.
TS recording is now default on new installations. Some changes to shutdown code
as some were having problems there it seems, untested yet as for me it
worked without hickups before already...

Redesign of timeshift buffer. Now possible setup 1500-3200mbytes memory buffer in ProgDVB x32.

Simple and completely free the utility capable considerably to help
with adjustment of the Satellite dish or Terristeral antenna.

Updating languages. Adding possiblity to read CCWs keys as 'F' entries like
Mgcamd ! (compatibility issue) the only exception is while the ECM pids equals
(1FFF or 1FFA) which remains as BISS.
Now you can use the keys priority on mdplug "BISS, CW, DCW" if you wanna
speed up the access to the locked channels with CCWs, but if no associated key of the current channel was found (either BISS, CW, DCW, CCW) then mdplug
will try the Available ECMs.

freezing when changing channel via OSD.

This is MD-API plugin to show teletext and teletext subtitles with DVB applications.
Add DDE server, auto update every 0.5 sec. Fixed some characters,
some of these characters may be shown with compatible fonts only.
Add support to Hebrew language. Improved subtitle display.
Subtitle position, colors and font can be customized. Settings will be saved.
